1. Agreement to Terms

Blackstone Clean provides commercial cleaning and related janitorial services (“Services”). Specific service details, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed in writing or via signed service agreements.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time for business, operational, or safety reasons.

3. Payments & Billing

- Payment terms are stated in your proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

- Late payments may incur service suspension or late fees as permitted by law.

- Returned payments may result in additional fees.

- We reserve the right to use third-party payment processors to collect and manage transactions securely.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule services with reasonable notice (at least 24 hours prior).
Repeated cancellations, last-minute changes, or no-shows may incur a fee.
Blackstone Clean reserves the right to cancel or reschedule for weather, safety, or staffing reasons.

5. Satisfaction & Liability

We strive for complete satisfaction. If you’re dissatisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we can promptly address the issue.

Our liability for any claim arising out of services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:

- Incidental or consequential damages.

- Pre-existing damage or deterioration.

- Failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (weather, accidents, emergencies, etc.).

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

- Provide safe access to the property during scheduled services.

- Remove or secure fragile items, valuables, and sensitive equipment.

- Notify Blackstone Clean of any special instructions, hazards, or restrictions before service.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, names, text, and website content are owned or licensed by Blackstone Clean. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blackstone Clean, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your misuse of our website, services, or violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blackstone Clean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
